It’s a Saturday and Mommy’s working. I promised weekends is for Vierte only except if there’s really a need for me to be somewhere. This is one of them. Mommy is taking on a new task at work and has to leave you home with Yaya Michelle and Tita Badette. I wanted too fly back home when I saw you on webcam playing with Yaya and Tita, that’s supposed to be me and you playing with that new toy. I’m sorry mahal ko, Mommy still waiting for the activity to finish and its nearly 12 midnight already. Daddy sent a message and his out having a free dinner in a friends house whose celebrating his birthday. lots of hugs and kisses for you when I get home. muah

Even before Coy and I decided for the little man’s name we already had a nickname in mind. “vierte” is a Deutsch (German) word that means fourth. Why that nickname you may ask? Well, his daddy has the 3rd (III) in his name. We both agreed (and I strongly refused) to name the little man after his dad so we both agreed in giving him a fourth nickname but we wanted it to be unique. I asked around PNM and viola – “vierte” won the name. Thus it was just a good time to have another photo session to mark his 4th month and have a nice picture with his Lolo as well. This session was another goodie treat from my Uncle Dad. 🙂 we had a hard time choosing among the 86 photos taken. Especially his Lolo who even commented na why dont we just have everything printed, pero when the lady informed him of the cost biglang tumanggi. 🙂 i think he had more fun with this shot kasi he was lying down …

To stimulate Vierte and make learning fun, we bought him an activitot mini gym. At first he was just lying on the mat and observing those cute animals hanging infornt of him. Now at 4 months he reaches out on each toy and gives out a big smile when he manages to hold on to them. and now he’s found a sleeping buddy and playmate..daffy duck a gift from his Ninong Bong O. part of his daily playtime is reading book, a favorite one is “Make Elmo giggle” an interactive one. We also read him “green eggs and ham”

the little man just met his Lolo Bernard last week and he got a lot of goodiesproud Lolo gushes the the little man is no cry baby. 🙂 and hopes he stays as “mabait” as he is now when he grows. we hope that his lolo would be able to come home for his 1st bday.we also managed to squeeze in a photoshoot for them, I’ll post pictures of that one on a different post.Vierte reacts more now when he’s being talked to and really listens when we read stories to him. will post more later.
