Sometimes staying at home makes one Mom forget that we too have to take care of ourself.
In a day the one thing I do to make myself “pretty” is take a bath. Yes just that and yes sometimes I don’t even get to brush my hair. Every day I prioritize and make sure all house chores are done, kids & hubby fed 5x a day (snacks included), homework done, and kids are safe.
I subscribe to GlamBox as a reminder that I have to take care of me as well.
Sometimes putting on a bright red lipstick is enough to make one Mama pretty and happy.

You know I came to Dubai without owning a single lipstick…. and I could not get around my head why women go crazy about nail polish! I still don’t go get my hair or nails done (hubbt still cuts my hair) but blogging or being in the social media has made me appreciate make-up — lipstick, blusher, mascara, and eyeliner at least haha. I hope one day too I can attend a make-up workshop just to make sure I am doing it the right way.
