Homemade Pizza
At the end of the week I stare at my almost empty refrigerator trying to come up with a quick meal that doesn’t require a full load of dish washing. A lazy meal! What could it be? If you’re a SAHM like me one of the challenges would be to make sure that you offer a balance meal, hopefully not having to repeat last week’s menu, and utilizing every item bought for the week. I’m a sucker for leftover, every piece of meat and vegetable left I keep and freeze till I find a dish and recreate something new to enjoy. Last bits of tomatoes, onions, cold cuts, cheese, and olives gave birth to a Thin Crust Homemade Pizza.
