Ever since I received a bottle of SpeculooS from Lyke I’ve been addicted. According to Wikipedia Speculoos is a type of shortcrust biscuit traditionally bake for consumption on or before St. Nicholas feast. In 2007 a new version of speculoos was formulated by making it into a paste known as a “cookie butter”.   This spread I tell you is a good pair to almost everything! cookies, bread, pancakes, and oh eaten on its own!
