Macaroons – a coconut dessert
I’ve been baking these yummy treat for two days straight last week  as a thank you treat for friends. To make these macaroons you only need desiccated coconut, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, sugar, and butter. Chewy on the outside, soft and moist inside. When you start popping a piece in your mouth you just can’t stop, it’s addicting!
