HK Trip: Disneyland Resort

*This is a part of a series post about our family trip to Hong Kong.   We were all looking forward to spend the day at Disneyland Resort. Everyone was up early willing to skip breakfast and go straight to one of the happiest place on earth! Plus, all 5 kids received a shopping money from Lola Let.

HK Trip: Avenue of the Stars

Avenue of the stars, our last stop for our 1st day.   I didn’t particularly enjoy that night since it was raining, crowded street, and hungry grumpy babies with us. I took a deep breathe, paused for a while and started appreciating the beautiful Victoria Harbour. V didn’t understand the hullabaloo in taking photos with the street stars but he obliged as per our request. V with Tita Ninang Crist. We didn’t appreciate the light because it was raining. If we get the chance to go back, I would rather visit the place before sunset.

HK Trip: Tian Tan Buddha

*This is a part of a series of posts about our 2013 vacation in Hong Kong” Last year we enjoyed a 5 days vacation at Hong Kong with Daddy C’s side of the family. Food we ate along Nathan Road

One will never go hungry along Nathan Road, Hong Kong. Sharing with you some snaps of food we enjoyed during our 5 days stay. Gong Cha – We ordered Taro and Black Tea. C and I thinks that it needs a little more flavor and sweetness, but it might be just us asking the wrong mix? They speak very little English we had to give our order fast (long queue behind us).  Almost everyone walking with us had this particular bubble tea in hand. Food Corner – Located just a block away from our hotel this food stall was a busy one, they had siomai, fish balls, beef tripe, pork innards, octopus meat and a whole lot more.    V’s favorite food place along Nathan Road.  We had a long walk to reach Nathan Congee & Noddle place for breakfast.   I ordered Congee with Pork Liver  a complimentary sweet bread in every table  Hubby C ordered Beef Noodles Food on Stick – We passed by this place and it had a long queue which tempted us …
