Easy Coconut Macaroons

CoconutMacaroonsC

These little coconut macaroons are addicting and really easy to make. We can’t stop popping one macaroon after another and pairs well with coffee or tea.

We packed these macaroons as a ‘thank you’ gift to all our guest’s during LittleMiss’ baptism. I made few changes from my original recipe here.
